earned M.A. and Ph.D. degrees at Cornell University. Her experience includes teaching at Ivy League and PAC-10 universities.
Dr. Terrio has over two decades' experience in mentoring successful
college admissions and award applicants.

Jim O'Connor is Chief Technology Officer of EssayAdvice.com. His background in
Internet technology, e-commerce, databases and general software engineering is instrumental to our successful operations.
Jim has worked as a Business Application DBA, Senior E-Business Consultant, Senior Software Engineer at 800.com, Senior Consultant
with KPMG Consulting, and Software Development Manager at Standard & Poors. In addition to his business
experience, Jim spent a decade working in academic research at Cornell University as a system analyst.
